About the Author

Original Yu-Gi-Oh! creator Kazuki Takahashi first tried to break into the manga business in 1982, but success eluded him until Yu-Gi-Oh! debuted in the Japanese Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 1996. Yu-Gi-Oh!'s themes of friendship and competition, together with Takahashi's weird and wonderful art, soon became enormously successful, spawning a real-world card game, video games, and six anime series (two Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh! series, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal, andYu-Gi-Oh ARC-V).

Better than acceptable.

Better than acceptable.
Said it would come in acceptable condition, but this is better than that this book is very good. Small coffee? Damage doesn't leak into any of the pages though and an absolutely clean cover

You thought Seto Kaiba was evil?
See him before he mellowed...
When Yugi and Joey are invited to Kaiba's mansion, they have no idea they are walking right into a trap set by the revenge minded Kaiba. When he claims takes them to his new Duel Monsters-themed amusement park, he threatens to kill Yugi's grandfather, unless Yugi submits to a special attraction: Death-T! Yugi has no choice to agree, and Joey goes withn him... soon they are joined by Tristan, and by Tea, and together they must fight their way through the murderous circus, full of attractions that threaten to send them to an early grave!
Gaze upon the trilogy of terror: A sci-fi set involving a laser-tag match to the death... a haunted mansion where a serial killer lies in wait... and a hideous trap that can only be described as "Terror Cubed!"
It's Yugi as you couldn't possibly imaganie. Say a prayer for our our heroes, for this is certainly no cartoon...

This isn't my first time reading this volume of the Manga, but I appreciate it more now than when I was a kid. The more episodic nature of this part of the story makes for an interesting read and the variety of games played just makes me want to run out to my local game shop and buy up a few new games to try (just without any penalties, hehe).

Grandson reads this on his own from cover to cover - prefers it to his Ipad sometimes!

At the time of writing this I am at a loss for words. YuGoOh was a favorite series when I was in middle school. I actually had this series for a while become my issues went missing. I've been replacing them slowly. I still enjoy reading this still.

Some of my favorite chapters are in this book. Another reason I like this a bit more than the first volume is because of Seto Kaiba is introduced here (Favorite character)

It was really good. I just disliked that some of the good characters were more on the bad side. I would suggest this book for someone who actually knows the show. (Review from my 11-year-old daughter)

Gave me goosebumps! I'm so amazed about the characters and how they care for each other. The surprises that the author left for the reader is amazing.
