Zhuge Kongming reincarnates into present-day Shibuya and is working with the up-and-coming singer, Eiko Tsukimi, as her tactician! While Eiko has to record her all-new, original song, she finds herself trapped in a terrible slump! To help her get her creative juices running, Eiko goes busking on the streets and that's when she meets Nanami, a girl after her own heart. After her experiences, Eiko finally finds the true reason for her singing. But to her dismay, Nanami is actually from the rival band who are aiming to win the "100,000 likes challenge," just like her!
