Okay, concept first. Take 2 of someone's favorite heroes and add some of the other heroes, then BAM! You get this book. Great story, excellent artwork, Roxxon is still a bad guy as a corporation. Great first run through.

A great follow-up to Weapon X. Greg Pak knows how to tell a great, action packed, exciting and heartfelt story.

Unfortunately, the storyline doesn't wrap up at the end of this volume, but the story and characterization show a lot of promise. That assumes the writer can carry through with the current quality, which isn't always a safe assumption, but Greg Pak has generally shown to be good for it, at least with Hulk. There was a little meandering in the beginning, but the meandering had direction and purpose, and gelled by the end. Hulkverine is a great character and fun to follow, so I can get the next volume. Well worth your time to read.

Enjoyed this read.

This is a great run of comics. If you want to read more lead up to this comic I would recommend reading The Totally Awesome Hulk 19-22, Weapon X 1-11, and Weapons of Mutants Destruction. After the 12 run issue of Weapon H, the story leads into the three-part limited series called, The Hulkverines. Not only is the whole story very well written but there is a lot of emotional intelligence involved in the writing that is refreshing to read.

I love this story! It takes two classics, mashes them together and doesn't bother covering that old ground. What exactly happens when you mix Hulk DNA with Wolverine's claws? Exactly what you think, moving on. The truly gripping part of the narrative is who is Clayton Cortez, and how does he handle such great power?

An amazing, character driven comic and my favorite new super powered being to come out in ages.

A brilliant new combo character and while the story of the title character's wife is pretty cleche, this was still great.

A solid but imperfect attempt to combine the claws of Wolverine with the DNA of the Hulk to develop Weapon H.

Huh. Imagine my utmost surprise to see this Swamp Thing lookalike in a Marvel book called...wait for it...Man-Thing...and even more surprised to learn that Marvel created this dude before DC created Swamp Thing. Huh.

The last rant of the wife to the husband was sooooooooooooo meeeehhhhh...🤣

But, all in all, good work. Good intro. I had never heard of Weapon H, he's been in publication since 2017.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great first volume

Since his introduction Hulkverine has exceeded all my expectations. Really like the character so far and this volume was an enjoyable read. Only reason for 4 stars is I find the "love you husband, love you wife" bits kinda too cheesy and makes me cringe a bit. Overall, recommended and probably my favourite new character in the MCU.
