Eventually it became that. But not yet.
Reprinting issues 14-17 of his run (plus several cross overs) this is a pretty by-the-numbers superhero book. He fights the Absorbing Man, some evil wizards whose names I can't bother to recall and has a crossover involving the Juggernaut whose story I forgot 5 minutes after reading it.
If you're reading Jurgens' run this book is perfectly skipable, almost half of it is the Juggernaut crossover and there's little worth checking out.
