The heroes on apocalypse take a beating this issue. Especially Batman, who somehow takes a beating from DarkSeid. It was my understanding that DarkSeid could best down Superman, so it's a bit confusing how Bruce survived this. I guess the armor he's wearing and something to do with Bardas' motherboard explains this.
