Sarah Hoppes migrated from the hills of Appalachia, where she earned a B.A from Ohio University in Commercial Photography, Visual Communication, and Global Leadership, to the savage streets of New York City with the ambition of forging a career as a photographer. She has worked as a freelance photographer and retoucher, Production Manager for Pistol Studios, and later as Studio Manager for Chris Collins Studio.

Through these experiences, Hoppes discovered another love: production. She has managed accounts featuring major industry talent such as Rhianna, Mary- Kate Olson, Daria Werbowy, and Kate Bosworth, and campaigns commanding budgets over $100,000.00. Through producing, Hoppes has the chance to influence various aspects of a project's development, contributing an administrative and creative voice along the way.

As its co-founder and Executive Producer, Dark Ink Pictures allows Hoppes to facilitate a wide range of unique projects in a variety of mediums, contributing an executive command and artistic credibility that guarantees an impeccable standard in all of its incarnations.
