In diesem Fall definitiv eher das erstere.
Das kleine, etwas mehr als 100 Seiten starke Büchlein, greift hier die Geschichte von Puella Magi Madoka magica auf und
spint diese in verschiedener und lustiger Weise fort. Sie wirft uns skurrile Wendungen einzelnder, wohlbekannter Szenen wieder,
die jeden Kenner ein schmunzeln auf die Lippen zaubert.
Der Manga ist fast durchgängig in 4-Bilder-Panels gehalten worden - sprich, wer eine grundauf neue Story erwartet, ist hier eher falsch beraten.
Aber da die Orginal Story vom Magica Quartet stammt kann man zumindest darauf vertrauen, dass eben die Story seine Richtigkeit behällt - worauf ich größsten Wert lege.
Mein einziges Persönliches Manko ist, das ich mit den Zeichnungen nicht ganz warm wurde - dies bleibt jedoch wie immer eine Geschacksfrage.
Hier kann man jedoch keine der bezaubernden Bishoujo Zeichnungen wie bei Hanokane erwarten.
Darüber hinaus sollte sich jeder Käufer im Klaren sein, dass das Buch in englisch ist. Dementsprechen beträgt die Lieferzeit zwischen 1 und 2 Wochen.

Fazit:
Fans der (Manga-)Serie werden hier noch einmal im Kontakt mit ihren liebsten Bekannten kommen und werden viel freude an dem Orginalwerk haben, solange ihnen die Manga Form und Zeichnungen nichts ausmachen.
Neueinsteigern ist dieses Werk nicht ans Herz zu legen, weil der Humor eben auf Vorkenntnisse der Serie basieren.

If you're a magia quartet fan then you need this in your life.
Lots of funny alternate timelines where unlucky player 1 Tamura has to deal with the inhabitants of each timeline.
And so far there's no lewd fan service, just an adorable art style.
If you need ecchi service go read something with 'high school' in the title...
