Peace Machine

In the early 1970s, a bold plan was taken to create an autonomous soldier that could operate within the difficult strain of war. Fast forward to 1979, and a prototype called TBD-079 is built in the advanced weapons research facility known as Area 51. Guy Ayumu (last name pronounced eye-u-moo), a well respected computer scientist and engineer substituted the military artificial intelligence (AI) program for an AI of his own creation. With the prototype's body and Guy Ayumu's expertly built AI, the result is the dawn of a technological revolution for humanity. At what cost...? Even though the purpose of an autonomous soldier is to focus strictly on enemy targets, does that guarantee machines will? No matter how well intended Guy Ayumu and his team guide TBD-089 to prepare for war situations, there is a mind present and soon enough TBD-089 begins to use it.
