If you’re here thinking about whether or not you should get the rest of the series just do it. It’s such a clean looking series for you book shelf with books that you will actually want to continue reading.
If you’re here because you already have all the light novels and you’re thinking about getting the manga then do it. It’s yet another way to experience the story of Overlord and Ainz Ooal Gown. You’ll notice slight differences but overall it reads like the anime.
If you’re a fan of dark fantasy like dark souls, but you’re also a fan of protagonists that are simultaneously cool and unintentionally hilarious like Sir Daniel Fortesque, then this is the series for you. The writing, character personality, character development, character design, plot and setting all get five stars from me. I’ve been a fan of this series since I first saw the anime when it released and I immediately went and got all of the light novels and manga to experience the story in as many different ways as possible. Overlord is the best. Glory to Ainz Ooal Gown!
