For those who are looking to start reading the manga from where the anime left off, you should start at volume 19. Once you catch up, I hope you consider collecting the whole series. The anime stays fairly consistent with the manga, but there are notes from the author and a few bonus stories that the anime doesn't cover. And supporting the author increases the chances of another season being added to the anime.
