Alone against an army of super skrulls,Carol Danvers has held New York. Unlocked carols narration during her battle against the ultra skrull, or whatever that monster is called. What I really appreciate is that Brian reed has used what could have been a series meaningless tie in issues and turned it into an excellent character piece, with Carol really see what she can do, not only with her powers but with her will. If this series is about Carol proving she can be the best this arc has down that in spades. The fights were really well down and in general the art is grand.
