At the star of thunderous Carol Danvers had a modest goals to become the best. After some stumbles involving the civil war and alternate versions of herself this issue get back on track with Carol being offered command of starks mighty avengers team. It's a good issue, although it kind of feels like the first dozen issues are kind unnecessary because she back in the same place here that she was in issue 1.
