Love this comic it my favorite movie
I will always be a comic book fan
Still looking great for artistic ideas, and still fun for a quick read.
My favorites have been the Valiant franchise, I’ve enjoyed the fresh ideas they have on characters and their development.
Did not like cliffhanger part, for a free story...makes you have to buy another book or two to find out what is going on. This was just not our favorite Guardians comic story...it was OK and worth reading, but should have not left you hanging.
Comic artwork also looked great on our Kindle, the colors were bright and the art looked sharp. Text could always be a little bigger, but you can zoom in to fix that if you need.
Pros:
Fun Guardians of the Galaxy story
Good story & artwork
& Looked great on our Kindle
Cons:
Too short of a story
No cliffhangers on free issues
& Text could be bigger
Overall, we liked this comic and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique story in the Guardians of the Galaxy series. Just know there is a cliffhanger, that you will have to read other books to finish.
Thank you for you time & interest in our review; Greg, Tina & Family
Tony is interviewing a guy while in the panels the Guardians are in the midst of battle. Then you get a little surprise at the end about what's really going on. It was fun and interesting. I wasn't crazy about the character designs and artwork, but it was consistent.
The Thanos comic I give 2 stars.
I liked the artwork better, but the story was just one weird jump after another. It didn't even manage to get me interested in what comes next. Drax's character design kept jumping from old to new. I'm sure there was a reason for it but the story never made me care why.
The Spider-verse comic I give 4 stars.
It's set in a universe somewhat like Shakespeare where Spider-man is an actor and magician of sorts. It's cute and clever, and then it's... NOT. It really turns on a dime. The artwork was pretty good and the story definitely got me interested enough to want to read more. If I was a Spider-Man comic reader I'd definitely want to see what happens next.
So overall I give this one 4 stars. For a FCBD comic it was really good.
Read it
