Top review from the United States

This is definitely an adult series, as the first few pages of this issue have very adult scenes.

So far I've enjoyed this series, its a pretty creative look at a future world that includes genetically engineered animal-human hybrid creatures. This issue was pretty interesting, my only complaint is that there were SO MANY callbacks to previous issues. It seems like a dozen times the characters reference things that happened in other issues. There is an asterisk that tells you what issue it happened in, but that isn't very helpful if you don't have those books and you are just reading this issue for free with Prime. I don't really want to buy all of those other random issues to better understand the backstory. I think you should limit references like this to one or two per issue.

The plot of this issue involves the planning of a heist, but in the process of telling the story it gives some cool background on the wars that took place in this worlds recent past. I liked getting to know a little bit more about this world, and I'm interested to know how this scheme will develop in the next few issues. The art is pretty good in all of this series; not amazing but a good job of drawing these complicated characters.

I would give it a 3.5/5, I'm only rounding down to 3 because the references to other issues got pretty annoying, and I would've preferred they left out the gratuitous adult scene at the beginning.
