I picked this up after hearing about it. I had a similar idea I was developing into a fanfic so I wanted to see how Marvel would pull it off. It didn't disappoint. People have said that this had a very Batgirl like feel and I can see that and Gwen is very easy to identify with. I'll be picking up her ongoing next year and i don't even read comics normally. I can't want to see where this rookie hero goes.

Gwen Stacy as Spider-Woman is going to change things. The art style is clean and visually pleasing. The story is engaging and offers a beautiful spin on a character that has yet to really see the true light of day in four decades. The real Gwen Stacy. I am praying for a future on-going title for her because she's deserving of it as well as the world of Marvel needs this character. We need Gwen Stacy as Spider-Woman.

One of the coolest comics I have ever read. Even though she is an alternate-universe Spidey, Gwen's character and story is as good as the main 616 universe content. Can't wait for her ongoing series!

One of the last great solo debut issues. This book offers the first appearance of "Spider-Gwen" and will be a landmark issue just because of how good this story was.
