Much of the story had already been told, and this adds only a little to it. It was nice to see some focus on Dollar Bill, as he had almost no part at all in the other comics. It's a decent read, if a bit shallow.

Clean art and an interesting story tell the tale of a Minutemen member who had a tragic end but who very few truly knew the story of. Many complained that Dollar Bill got a one shot in the Before Watchmen series but I found it an interesting story.
