Mark Waid, a New York Times bestselling author, has written for a wider variety of well-known pop-culture characters and franchises than any other American author, from Superman to Star Wars to the Justice League to Archie to Spider-Man and many, many others. His award-winning work with artist Alex Ross, KINGDOM COME, is one of the best-selling graphic novels of all time. (Secretly, however, he prefers SUPERMAN: BIRTHRIGHT and his IRREDEEMABLE collections as his favorite works he's produced.)

Additionally, Waid is a leader in the digital comics medium. His publishing imprint, Thrillbent.com, hosts an enormous collection of multimedia stories in all genres.

With over thirty years of experience in his field, Waid happily mentors young writers and maintains a blog at www.markwaid.com that is full of advice for beginning writers and experienced authors both.

Great story. The Champions are awesome, I’ll admit I’m not familiar with all of the Avengers in this story. Good crossover.

Given the tension between the two teams on the from cover, the title “worlds collide”, and the “we don’t need you, man.” attitude from the Champions leading up to the book I thought the two teams would go head-to-head but (spoiler) they don’t...😒
The plot is cool, the villain was cool ( with a badass name!!) but it was nothing like what I expected...which was disappointing.

Great to see Hercules back at full power and in true physical action. He is by far Marvel’s best and most enjoyable hero!!!

Normally, I love Mark Waid's writing. This one is not as good. I love how inspired he is writing the Vision and Viv, but the story getting there is weaker. The High Evolutionary makes an appearance, but the motivations of his actions in this book as well as the appearance of his son... eh. So there is a lot to like and dislike about this book.

Mark Waid segue rolando escada abaixo, suas histórias estão cada vez pior, personagens descaracterizados e histórias sem pé nem cabeça, leia só se você quiser desperdiçar seu tempo.

Mark Waid is a great writer. This is, unfortunately, not one of his better efforts.
