I started my advertising career in Colombia in 2003, in the creative team of TEAM 4 Digital Studio, and then, as a Copywriter and Digital Leader at DDB° Colombia.
I hold a Master Degree in Creativity and Strategic Management of the Institut Europeo Di design of Barcelona, Spain; a Specialization in Advertising Management from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University of Bogota, Colombia, and a bachelor degree as Professional in Graphic Design from the same university.
Through my career, I have worked developing creative solutions for major brands such as Nissan, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Emirates Airlines, KFC, EmiratesNBD, WWF, Coca-Cola, Exxon Mobil, Chevrolet, McDonald's, Energizer, Honda, Purina, Bancolombia (National Bank of Colombia), among others.
I have been awarded in the Cannes Lions International Creativity Festival, Cannes Young Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Dubai Lynx, LIA (London International Awards), New York Festivals, Loeries, Webby Awards, Effies, Epica, Ojo De Iberoamérica, Festival El Dorado and Lápiz de Acero (National Design Award of Colombia); and I was also selected as the Best Associate Creative Director of the Year, MENA region, by the Black&White Report in 2018, and the number 1 copywriter of the United Arab Emirates by the Advertising Magazine 'Lürzer's Archive' on 2017, 2018 and 2019. On 2020, after decades of work, finally ready to release my first comic book, based on the mythological tales of the Muisca and other native cultures of Colombia: El Dorado Myths & Legends.
