Agents of Atlas: Turf Wars (Agents of Atlas (2009)) Kindle & comiXology
Former FBI and S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Jimmy Woo just wants to make the world a better place. As the leader of the secret empire begun by Genghis Khan, Woo wants to use that considerable might and power for good. Yet the real challenge is to assert control over the business side, as the Atlas Foundation is also one of the world's largest criminal organizations. With the help of his Agents - Gorilla-Man, M-11, the Uranian, Namora and Venus - Woo must battle mysterious threats from deep beneath the sea, a rampaging Hulk and more. But the Atlas Foundation's greatest threat comes from within: Breathing down Woo's neck is the vicious, calculating dragon advisor Mr. Lao, who has already selected his master's replacement: the equally vicious Temugin - the son of the super villain the Mandarin. And as if that wasn't enough, a dangerous foe with a powerful link to Woo's past is challenging his underground empire all over the planet.

its all here.
However, the Amazon listing advertised this volume as including issues 1 and 2 of AGENTS OF ATLAS VS. X-MEN.... this is not true.
This volume only includes issues 6-11 of the regular series. I assume the VS. X-MEN will be released at some future date, perhaps
packaged with the VS. AVENGERS mini...?
The main series contains a number of stories, including an encounter between the Agents and the Hulk, who stumbles into one of Atlas Corporation's old supervillain operations. The two notable ones are: a two-part story that explores the relationship between Namora and her cousin Namor, for whom she harbours an attraction, where Parker offers an explanation for the seemingly coincidental existence of two Human/Atlantean hybrids. Namora is easily the series best character, the one with the most depth beyond one-liners, so highlighting her is a plus. The next story is the war between Atlas and the Great Wall, a rival organization established by Jimmy Woo's ex-girlfriend Su-wan, now known as the Jade Claw. This latter arc is minimally successful, in great part because Su-wan is a cipher, both past and present. It does have a good resolution for Temugin, this volume's cast addition to the series, who likewise has a character arc. Parker's writing is solid, with some good lines, if often very simple in plot and character.
