The response I got was from some one who said I wrote a venomous letter accusing them of ripping me off ( I did say, they took the money and I didn't get a product ..so I did feel ripped off) . But the responder said that instead of accusing them of ruining our Christmas or saying I was ripped off, I should of just asked where the book was. Then they said I only ordered one book. The statement showed it was ordered by another company. But when I wrote that company, it was the same guy /or lady. Not sure of the gender of the person, but they really hurt my feelings by saying I was venemous and lying about my situation. I thought they were extremely cruel.
The book showed up the very next day. And it said $19.99. I wrote the person back and said "Can I get a refund the book is marked 19.99, not the amount I paid for with tax it was $70.23". The person said that I could not get a refund.
So the person really hurt my feelings.Initially, in the first e -mail saying I was a liar and they were going to report me to Amazon.
And then they said no about the refund and I understand that.
What I didn't understand is how mean they were to me. INITIALLY. And I am concerned because I think it was partly the Amazon form that set the tone for the initial exchange. I was unhappy because we had not received the item on the date promised, and the money was deducted from the account but no product received. I did write about my situation, that I was a Mom with cancer on a tight budget, hoping to get a kind response from the other side. But it,their response was just shocking, it was just mean. I will never forget that person's meanness. And I just feel shocked. No awe. If it didn't happen to me I wouldn't believe it.
There are two extra tales of previous Iron Fists. The first is an interesting story set in the past & the other is a possible future which is fun but not much else.
Overall this a real good book to finish off the current series of Iron Fist.
With the most interesting plot so far in the series and the discovery of what happened to the first Iron Fist, these comics bring to light some awesome story telling. However, it feels muddled for me as I read over the male-dominated overtones and watch an epic battle conclude peacefully over a few panels. The journey was amazing and the story worth the ride. The ending is decent, and as always leaves the classic cliffhanger of worst yet to come for our doomed hero.

Stadt gelandet.
