Toby has filmed the wrong folks on his phone! Caught recording an illegal video transaction, a self-styled "citizen journalist" is forced to find the female activist sabotaging the country's most controversial cellphone channel - Contraband. His search leads him into a voyeur underground where profit-hungry youths prowl the streets filming violent events to satisfy our society's accelerating demand for sensational content. Mesmerized by the woman and sympathetic to her agenda, his objectives blur - but a video exposing his darkest secret queues for broadcast, he knows he'll be running from more than his past when that video hits everyone's handset.
