Teruto has conspired to cause a nuclear disaster in Chernobyl. His siblings Benjamin and Seth share premonitions of the disaster, and travel to Kiev to stop him. As they tour the Russian countryside with Art's ballet troupe, Teruto tries to interfere in Art and Benjamin's friendship. And now even Seth can't decide whether to save Benjamin, or let her disappear into the foam of the sea!
