Comixology.com, whose address is 319 Lafayette Avenue, Suite 260, New York, NY 10012, will sponsor a "Giveaway" of prize packages (see our Promotions page for more details) on July 24th, 25th, 26th, and 27th, 2008, in connection with this year's Comic Con International being held at the San Diego COnvention Center in San Diego, CA. No purchase of anything is required to register or to win the Giveaway, but you must be registered for the Giveaway in order to be eligible to win.
On each of July 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th, 2008 winners will be picked to win one or more Giveaway prize packages. At least one prize package will be given to a person who has registered for the Giveaway online.
To register to participate in the Giveaway online: Visit comixology.com and post a reply to the daily Giveaway announcement page. Only persons who register on the Comixology.com website (www.comixology.com) as users of the Comixology.com website may register online to win the Giveaway. There is no fee or purchase necessary to register as a user of the comixology.com website.
The number and descriptions of the prize packages which can be won on each day of the Giveaway will announced on the Comixology.com website on each day of the Giveaway.
Winners of the Giveaway will be selected at random by representatives of Comixology.com from among those who have registered in each pool. If there is more than one prize package to be given away on any day to persons registered in the Giveaway pool of registered participants, more than one random winner will be selected from that pool of registered participants for that day. Any prize package that can not be delivered to the selected winner of the Giveaway contest will not be awarded.
No registrant for the Giveaway contest may win more than one prize package from each pool on any award day of the Giveaway contest.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
One entry per person per day.

For the Thursday, July 24th Giveaway: July 25th, 8am US Eastern Standard Time.
For the Friday, July 25th Giveaway: July 26, 8am US Eastern Standard Time.
For the Saturday, July 26th Giveaway: July 27, 8am US Eastern Standard Time.
For the Sunday, July 27th Giveaway: July 28, 8am US Eastern Standard Time.
Winners of the Giveaway will be announced and published on this page July 31, 2008.
You must be 18 years or older and a United States resident to enter the Giveaway contest to win a prize package.
The Giveaway contest is void where prohibited.
Comixology.com is not responsible for computer malfunctions, bugs or viruses, or any other causes beyond its control which may affect participation in or operation of the Giveaway contest in any way. Comixology.com is not responsible for the suitability, quality, merchantability and freedom from defects of any items included in the Giveaway contest prize packages. Comixology.com has the right to terminate the Giveaway contest at any time and without notice.
Comixology.com will not release any personal or identification information of any participant in the Giveaway contest to any third party other than as necessary to deliver prizes to winners.
Associates, employees, and principals of Comixology.com, or their relatives, are not eligible to participate in or to win the Giveaway contest.
All taxes on the value of the Giveaway contest prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
The selection of the prizes being awarded in the Giveaway contest does not imply or express any endorsement of the Giveaway contest or of Comixology.com by the manufacturers of the items being awarded as prizes, nor does it imply any relationship between any such manufacturers and Comixology.com.
Comixology.com reserves the right to modify the terms of the Giveaway contest in order to comply with the laws of the State of New York, to correct errors and omissions, or to ensure fairness as determined by Comixology.com. Such modifications, if any, will be posted at www.comixology.com.
Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or otherwise alter any contest entries, or other systems or services of Comixology.com, will disqualify all those implicated and may subject them to civil or criminal prosecution in any and all applicable legal jurisdictions.
Your entry in the Comixology.com Giveaway contest implies and expresses your agreement to these terms and your waiver, where legally permissible, of any other rights related to this Giveaway contest that you may have in any jurisdiction.
