My rating is based on the "B" cover, but the A up there is pretty good, too. Both the comic and prose stories wrap up well.

As we get close to the end of the Fifth Doctor stories, Parkhouse continues to hit the right spots. I'm not sure modern coloring works on these comics

"Arson Fiend" is a weak name for a villain, but Billy's biggest problem may be Captain Marvel. A slow start, but it could be a good arc.

A great end to the first arc. If you have been bypassing this comic, you should rethink. Sure the covers are boring, but the comic itself is fantastic

A cover that actually depicts the story inside? Won't last. A nice use of Cloak and Dagger, and more of Chat being wonderfully Chat.
