Gage takes over as the solo writer on this issue and frankly you won't be missing Slott one bit. If I could simply sum up this one shot I would say that it's a realistic take on what would happen if the stereotypical comic fanboy got powers. At first you'll be annoyed by Butterball having known his type at every comic book shop ever. Then something happens, you realize that he's the most relatable character in the story.
