We are an Online store ONLY (we dream of a brick and mortar). Just 2 guys in Athens, GA at the time (now one in Athens, one in SC) who got fed up with the poor packaging (i.e. Damaged Books) from other online stores and the poor Customer Service at our local comic shops and online. We are working with Comixology to develop our store (www.jacks4comics.com). Some random points are:
We've been in business for almost 6 years. We have 100% feedback in eBay over the course of those 6 years. We have over 20 pull list customers for whom we manage their weekly books / action figures. A few of our customers are in the Athens-area, most in the US, but we have 2-3 in places such as Japan and Australia!
We offer at least 10% off cover price/SRP for all items. For those customers that setup an ongoing pull list with us, the 10% increases to 15%!!
All comics are bagged and boarded.
For local customers we can work out a meet/deliver schedule and/or we ship locally and worldwide!
