Professor Bruttenholm and his team -- as well as their Soviet allies -- return to the asylum, hoping to find out more about Project Vampir Sturm. But a fatal encounter with one of the project's subjects has done little to prepare the investigators for what lurks in the asylum's halls -- or the greater horror still to come.
