I nominate Dale Eaglesham. Evidence: a) Catman posing on a rock, b) Deadshot and Deadshot's shoulders, c) topless fighting, and d) Wildcat. Preferably from behind. All I'm saying is he puts a *lot* of loving effort into his men and their many, many spandex-clad muscles.
Pssssh, Tintin; when I was ten Asterix was the only man for me.
On the mainstream side, I think Darwyn Cooke has some skills in that area (I mean, he made SLAM BRADLEY look like plausible love interest for Catwoman, which I don't think anyone ever could have predicted in a million years). If you like your fellas in heavy eyeliner, Tim Sale is your artist.
I always thought Chynna Clugston's male characters were attractive, with the caveats that a.) she's heavily manga-influenced and b.) I was a lot closer to the age of the characters when I started reading Blue Monday than I am now.
