Having narrowly escaped death in a battle with an enormous man-rabbit creature, Jake and Andrew head for the high-tech office park where they believe the monsters originate. They sneak in through a sewer piep, only to become trapped when that inadvertently trip the office park's security system - a terrifying tentacle monster. Meanwhile, Vanessa makes a horrible discovery about the monsters' origins that sets her on a dangerous path!
