Michael and Abi have separated, following their own paths. Striking out on her own, Abi soon has her own personal pilgrimage when she finds the town of Sunspot, birthplace of the Sunner faith. But the town is hurting, trying to recover from a sickness sweeping through the population. Abi knows what she has to do... but what will it cost her?
