Somewhere in the Caribbean, Neo-Nazis and the remnants of the American Navy begin the last battle of World War III. Jed and Toots, aboard the carrier U.S.S. United States, find themselves caught in the middle of Operation Bright Eagle, the last attempt by the Americans to reclaim their homeland.
