The 99 are on the move, they have outgrown their Paris headquarters and Dr. Ramzi decides to relocate the foundation to Spain. But like all moves, not everything goes as planned and there's a dramatic rescue along the way. Dr. Ramzi also learns that an ancient book about the Noor Stones he's been studying has a more sinister origin than he imagined.
