The adventure begins; as we meet brave Thaddeus a young scientist who is obsessed with the possibility of large sea creatures in the waters off the coasts of the Americas. Smuggling himself aboard a British war ship, he has to survive a run-in with the crew, it"s captain Lord Cochrane and his First Mate Byron. A Spanish warship"s attack then tries to end the quest before it begins. And what of this island in the Atlantic where none should be?
