SCATTERBRAIN is superhero noir set in Devil's Hopyard, a bleak and crime-ridden city that's seen better days. The hero of the book is not the superhero, Scatterbrain, himself; rather it's Detective Jack Anderfold, a once-great cop who's determined to take this new vigilante down in hopes of regaining his former glory.
