Sam receives another mysterious tape from an unidentified serial killer detailing the grisly deaths of two more innocent victims. Sam begins the journey to find this sadistic life-taker. He also ponders why, out of thousands of New York City police officers, the killer chose him to correspond with. This is the second issue in a brand-new story arc written by Todd McFarlane himself.
