In AP City, U.S.A., in the one dimension that Razorjack has not yet recreated as a living hell, a sequence of events creates a nexus that allows Razorjack to finally break through into our world, the Core Dimension. The kids who inadvertently create the opening become a focus for the evil that is Razorjack, and Maverick cops Frame and Ross are drawn into what could be that final battle between good and evil!
