With the lid ripped off of Pandora's Box, the 'Frankenstein virus' Serum 37B has now mutated into deadly fog, infecting most of the personnel on the base and transforming them into terrifying preternatural creatures. Gathering together the remaining survivors, Lieutenant Christopher must now find an escape route off the secret military installation as the rampaging creatures close in on him!
