In the concluding chapter of this Elseworld tale, the Bat and the Clock confirm the existence of a Nazi "super-man" and head to Switzerland, where they are to rendezvous with former field agent Terry Sloane. But before they can meet with him, they encounter the Scarecrow, a terrifying undead Nazi "cleaner."
