The JLA guest-stars as the "Quiver" storyline continues reestablishing the Emerald Archer into the DCU. Oliver Queen reunites at last with his former JLA teammates, but the League is quite confused, since Ollie is supposed to be dead! Meanwhile, the Star City Slayer continues his murder spree.
