The Dare Detectives find out the evil, thuggish pandas work for the crimelord, Mr. White, and have Uncle Chan to boot! After fighting to get him back, failing, and tearing Chinatown apart, it is revealed to them that there is a new crimelord in town...Madame Bleu...and she is using the services of the pandas, her monster pets, and the powers of freezing wind to get away with kidnapping Uncle Chan, as well as whatever else is up her sleeve.
